The family lived just north of Strafford for several years and in 1940 moved to Mtn. Grove, Mo where they lived for many years operating a meat processing business.

Lloyd graduated from Mtn. Grove High School in 1953. He entered military service in 1956 and was honorably discharged in November 1958. After returning from the service, he worked for several furniture stores in the area. He began work for Hiland Dai ry in the early as a route salesman in Mtn.

Grove. He left Hiland in 1969 and moved to Spring- where he started a 27 year Career with the City of Public Works department. He retired in 1997. Lloyd was devoted to his parents and they lived with him until their deaths. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Doll Dishman; brothers Ross Dishman Harvey Dishman, and his twin Floyd Dishman.

He is survived by sisters-in-law Janice Dishman and Jean Dishman; nephews Don Dishman and Greg Dishman; great nephews Scott Dishman and Brad Dishman; and a cousin, Margaret Ann Hickman. Visitation will be Thursday, June 3 from 6-7 pm at Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held at Dishman Cemetery in Strafford, Mo on Friday, June 4, at 11 am. In lieu of memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2833 Rd MO 65804, or the American Cancer Society, 3322 Campbell Ave Suite MO 65807 Lloyd Dishman Doris Helen Stuart, 93, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015 in Maranatha Manor. She was born March 24, 1922 in Dry Knob, MO, the daughter of Rama and Dorothy Mykrantz.

Doris married Paul Eugene Stuart on August 28, 1958. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, who passed away in 2013. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 8, 2015 in Gorman-Scharpf Brentwood Chapel.

Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery. No visitation is planned and the casket will be closed at all times. In lieu of memorial contributions may be made to the Association, Broadway United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice. Doris Helen Stuart Philip L. McElroy Age 63, of Nixa, Missouri, passed away in his home on May 30, 2015, after an 8 year battle with Cancer.

Graveside services will be held at Sparta City Cemetery, Sparta, MO on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be held at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, 3540 E. Seminole MO 65809 on Thursday, June 4th from 6:00 8:00 PM. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Greenlawn Funeral Home East. Philip Sr.

was born in West Plains, MO on February 23, 1952. He graduated from Central High School, (Class of 1970) MO. Philip L. McElroy Sr. was united in marriage to Nona (Cotter) McElroy on December 9, 1974.

They were married 40 years. Philip Sr. was Vice-President of Midwest Window Door Corp. He had worked full time in the family business in various capacities for 45 years, serving as Plant Manager the last 40 years. He enjoyed farming and brush hogging.

He called his Black Angus cattle He was a member of Southside Church of Christ, Ozark, MO. Philip L. McElroy Sr. is survived by his wife Nona McElroy of Nixa, MO; Clarence E. McElroy, brother of MO; Keith R.

McElroy brother and wife Linda McElroy of Bois Arc, MO; a sister Ruth L. Lea and husband Russell K. Lea of Rogersville, MO; Philip L. McElroy II, son and wife Rachel Diane McElroy of MO; Garen Luke McElroy, son of Nixa, MO; a daughter Shalana La-Rae (McElroy) Warnick and husband Michael Anthony Warnick of Ozark, MO; Kyler Luke McElroy, grandson and Eden Diane McElroy, granddaughter of Old- MO; and a host of nieces and nephews. Philip Sr.

was preceded in death by his father Clarence McElroy Sr. and mother Lucy Mae (Shetrone) McElroy, grandparents Tolbert E. and Nancy McElroy and Earl and Lucy Shetrone. Special Thanks to Heather, Erin, Mary Ann and Faith at Hospice Compassus and many others. Memorial donations in his memory may be given to Fair Haven Home, Strafford, MO.

Philip L. McElroy Sr. Marilyn Stevens Hopkins, 92 of Mo, passed away June 1, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. She was born October 3, 1922 in Oklahoma City, to Maurice and La Rissa Baldwin. Marilyn graduated from Classen High School in Oklahoma City and attended Drury College where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority She earned a Master of Science in mathematics education from Southwest Missouri State College in She taught math for 23 years at Pipkin Jr.

High, and Parkview and Glendale High Schools. After retiring in 1981 she traveled extensively and volunteered for many community organizations including the Literacy Council, Homebound Shoppers, the Gray-Campbell Farmstead and the Drury College Auxillary. One of her proudest accomplishments was her work with the Community Foundation of the Ozarks to establish the Fannie K. Baldwin Memorial Garden at 425 East in honor of her grandmother. She loved the outdoors.

Her favorite pass-times were photography, and working in her garden. Her beautiful yard continues to be admired by everyone in her neighborhood. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers David and Charles Baldwin; her husband George Stevens; her second husband Dr. John Hopkins; and her stepson Mark Hopkins. She is survived by her children, David Stevens (Pat) and La Rissa Stevens (Marty Carroll) of St.

Louis, and Mary Lynn Ingle (James) of Hollister, 3 grandchildren, Amy Peebles (Randy), Casey Ingle (Dana) and James Stevens (Katherine); and 2 great-grandchildren, Nicklaus and Lola Ingle. She is also survived by 4 stepchildren, John Hopkins, Tom Hopkins, Sarah Plaster and Nancy Young, and many step-granchildren and step-great grandchildren. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. She was a member of First and Calvary Presbyterian Church and attended Bible Study Fellowship. The funeral will be held at First and Calvary Presbyterian Church on June 8, 2015.

Visitation will be at 1:00 PM followed by services at 2:00 PM, under the direction of Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fannie K. Baldwin (Posey) Memorial Garden Fund in care of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. The family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who gave Mom comfort and support in her years.

Marilyn Stevens Hopkins Doris Lavon Minnick Vaughn Whitaker was born in Jefferson IA on October 8, 1930 and passed on to greater glory in Heaven on May 23, 2015, in Brady TX. Before retirement Doris was the manager for many years for Dr. Courtney Whitlock. She enjoyed retirement with her husband Billy Whitaker and they loved traveling and had many camping adventures with their friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Tony Vaughn; parents, Frank and Lucy (Waggoner) Minnick; sisters, Loweta Hicks, Juanita Minniear, and Helen Keeling.

Doris is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 22 years Billy Whitaker of Brady TX; daughter, Linda Aaron (husband, Curtis) of MO; son, Jeff Vaughn (wife, Terry) of Overland Park KS; grandchildren, Keegan Jones (wife, Audra) of Overland Park KS, and Darcy Jones, a world traveler; brother Robert (wife, Janet) Minnick of Iberia MO; 5 step children and their families: Kenneth Whitaker (wife Lynn), David Whitaker (wife Denise) both of Bloom- NM, Darrell Whitaker of MO, Martin Whitaker of Grand Prairie TX, Nila Whitaker of Odessa TX; and many many extended family members and friends. A short casual graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 7 at 1:00 at Hazelwood Cemetery in at Glenstone and Seminole. Enter Hazelwood Cemetery on Seminole (just west of the Veterans Cemetery) and turn left at the last road that goes left. us at the southeast corner of the cemetery. Afterwards an open house and celebration of her wonderful life will be at the family home at 1835 S.

Born and raised in Warsaw, on August 7, 1930, to Charles and Mabel (Cunningham) Huntress, the family moved to Bolivar, after he graduated from high school.

Charles attended Southwest Baptist College, Drury College, and The University of Missouri. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. In 1955, he and Annalee Hughes married, and the newlyweds moved to Memphis, so he could attend the Southern College of Optometry. After graduation, they settled in Monett to establish his optometric practice and raise their family. Charles a life of service to others.

At First Baptist Church, he served on various committees and as Sunday School teacher for the Fellowship Class. He was a long time member of the Monett Area Sheltered Workshop and the Monett Chamber of Commerce. He was active in the philanthropic Shrine Brotherhood for over years, and especially enjoyed performing in community parades as a member of the Barry County Trike Club. The several professional organizations he was associated with include the Southwest Missouri and the Missouri Optometric Associations, and the American Optometric Association. Charles maintained two working optometric practices, having established an in as well.

He found a great satisfaction in his profession of optometry and vision care, where he truly loved the privilege of going to work every day to serve others. Preceded in death by parents and sister Marilyn Shanahan of Kansas City, he is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Annalee; their children and spouses: Leanne John Yarrow of Plano, Texas, Charlie Teresa Huntress of Pierce City, and Greg Suzette Huntress of Monett, grandchildren Hope, Olivia, and Myles Yarrow, Cassie Branch husband Walter, Dylan and Morgan Huntress, and Kate and Alex Huntress; great-grandchildren Aidan and Addison Branch; as well as in-laws Marilyn Parrott of Bolivar, and Helen Mike Hanigan of Andover, several nieces and nephews, and countless dear friends. Deeply dedicated to his faith, family, friends, and profession, he will be greatly missed. A Masonic Service will be held in Dr. honor at the Buchanan Funeral Home in Monett at 6 p.m.

Robert Harold Shelton, 84, of passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at Glendale Gardens in with his wife Nancy at his side holding his hand. He was born September 30, 1930, the son of the late Truman and Dolly (Lee) Shelton. He is survived by wife, Nancy (Tompkins) Shelton of the home; daughters, Cindy Cardwell (Curt), Suellen Kirwin; daughter-in- law, Barbara Shelton; step-children, Mary Williams, Cheryl Beuker (Brian); Richard Rinaldi (Valerie); Michael Rinaldi (Diane); grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Whitman (Neil), Donna Fitzhugh (J.Y.). A son, Robert (Jr.) Shelton and son-in-law, Bill Kirwin preceded him in death. Visitation will be Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 12 to 1:45 p.m.

Misyuk suffered critical injuries but was exp ected to survive.
