Christina M. Archer Ribnek, 47, Lafayette, formerly of Carmel, died Nov. 9. She was academic support services director for Purdue University intercollegiate athletics. Previously, she was director of counseling for the School of Liberal Arts five years and an academic adviser in liberal arts.

She helped establish Sports Togs, one of the first women's athletic wear businesses in Indiana. Mrs. Ribnek was a graduate of Indiana and Eastern Kentucky universities. Services: 10 a.m. Nov.
