Still Up In The Air 'Battlin' Little Spacemen' Sought Near Hopkinsville Hopkinsville, Aug. 22 (AP)-All sorts of investigations were going on today in connection with the bizarre story of how a spaceship carrying 12 to 15 little men landed near here and battled occupants of a farmhouse. The story broke last night when several adults: and all appearing highly excited, drove up in two to children, Hopkinsville Police Headquarters and told of the little men from outer space.

The spaceship, police were told, landed on Cecil "Lucky" Sutton's farm, nine miles north of here. The Air Force reportedly was probing the incident after more than a dozen State, County, and City officers from Christian and Hopkins counties went to the scene, but turned up nothing. The officers said there, were some 10 or 12 persons at Sutton's house, but it was not determined how many of those present actually claimed to have seen any of the little men from the spaceship. So, unless something more definite is established, the spaceship story is still up in the air. THE WINNERS IN THE COIN- ESTIMATING CONTEST AT THE OPENING OF OUR NEW STARKS BLDG.
