P. H. Lehman played the organ music. More than fifty relatives and friends attended the wedding. The bride wore her mother's wedding dress of cream colored silk crepe, trimmed with old Spanish lace.

The waist length veil was arranged from a coronet of bouvardias. For her flowers, the bride carried an all-white nosegay of rosebuds and sweet peas, Miss Huestis wore pink with pink sweet peas in her hair, and carried a bouquet of the pink sweet peas. The reception following was held in the Wheeler room of the church. Miss Nettie Spencer of Portland, great great aunt of the bride, cut the cake. Mrs.
