Frankfort, April 26. A report submitted to Gov. Flem D. Sampson today by State Inspector and Examiner J. N.

Ashcraft showed amounts totaling $435.21 due the State from Wayne County. The report said $83.21 of the amount was collected by the inspector and turned over to the State Auditor, the balance of $352 for maintenance of inmates at the State House of Reform, Greendale, not being paid because of lack of fund3.
