William "Wee Willie" Robinson found himself in the unenviable position of being absent and not missed by his teammates in the American League at Fifth Street last night. The Methodists took a strangle hold on the championship of the Ahrens Intermediatte League by downing West Louisville 31-24, for their sixth straight and a two-game lead on the rest of the field. Stuart Smith dunked 10 points to pace the Fourth Avenuers.

The movie makers at this writing are up to their ears in War Bonds. Fourth loan sale of same. The picture Industry in Hollywood so far has bought more than $41,000,000 worth of bonds, with its 32,000 workers, from carpenter to great star doing the buying. Bond purchases by studio workers now average $233,000 a week, week after week.
