(AP) — For the second time in less than a month, fire has hit the Weiler'a Furniture and Appliance Store in Hayis. Fire officials say Monday's blaze, which followed a $200,000 fire June 3, destroyed] itto half-block long store. Half on-hour after firemen were called Monday afternoon, Fire Chief Vic Lang said the building would be a total loss. Flames shot 70 to 80 feet in the air, and the smoke could be seen for miles. Winds up to 30 miles an hour whipped the flames the length of the building in a matter of minutes.
