Black Dogs, One With Tail And One Without, Provide Tale Of 2 Cities By LEW SHARPLEY This is a tale of two cities -and of two black dogs, one with a tail and the other without. The one with the tail, a black cocker spaniel, Champion Har-Dee's Hell Bender, took the best-in-show award at the Mid-Kentucky Kennel Club event yesterday in Hodgenville. It was the third best-in-show win for Hell Bender, owned by Miss Norma Krumwiede and G. Jack Schaffter, of Elgin, Ill. Pincher Is Winner Howard Reno, of although suffering knee injury, handled Hell der with his usual skill.
