Mr. Adams is a member of Millersville Ma Laura Marie Black of Indianapolis and Andrew James Penca of Los Angeles, were married Sept. 5 in Shawnee United Methodist Church in Lima, Ohio.

Their parents are Jack E. and Deborah Sue Black a mile north of Nashville on Ind. 135. They are also planning a trip to Germany and will attend two square dance festivals. Mr.

Carr and the former Wanda Marshall were married Nov. 7, 1948, in Irvington Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. He worked 35 years for Central Soya retiring in 1984. She worked for Indiana Bell Telephone Co. and Indianapolis Public Schools.

She was an emergency room technician 21 years for Hancock Memorial Hospital, retiring in 1991. They are the parents of Sheila Fox and Deborah Shippee, and have four grandchildren.
