Mrs. McPherson was found dy- i ing in her hotel room yesterday. The lengthy autopsy was pern-formed by Dr. E. M. Lundegaard, chief autopsy surgeon for Alameda County; Dr. Mary Ruth Oldt, pathologist, and Dr. "Egon Fritz Schmerl. Check On Capsules Sought. The right to analyze and check on the source of a bottle of sleeping capsules found at the bedside of the evangelist was demanded by the State Board of Pharmacy. John Foley, chief inspector for the board, and Inspector Henry Palazy, said the capsules were a type requiring a physician's prescription. They said the name of the physician and prescription number should have been on the bottle found in the hotel room but that it carried neither. An inquest into the noted evangelist's death has been tentatively set for October 6 as stomach tests will take from one to five days to complete, the autopsy surgeons said. Coroner Releases Body. Joseph L. Fainer, Los Angeles, Mrs. McPherson's attorney, said the body had been ' released by the coroner's office and that it would be sent immediately to Los Angeles.
