Buenneke Town Clerk October 12, 1957 Special meeting of the Town Council of Maynard, Iowa was held at the Community Hall at 12:30 p.m. Members present were Mayor: Foss. Councilmen: Foss, McKoon, Thompson, and Ehlers. Absent: Barnholt. Council met with Fire Department officials in regard to purchase of new tank for fire truck to replace tank which is leaking. Mr. Wolfe of the Fire Department will check with builder of such tanks from Edgewood in regard to building new tank. After further discussion on tank, motion by Ehlers seconded by McKoon to give the Fire Department full authority to have tank replaced. No further business motion by Thompson seconded by Foss that meeting adjoun. Carried. Paul \.
