Bcnncr Takes Pistol Match Whenever Sgt. H. L. "Joe" Ben-ner comes in from Ft. Knox members of the Louisville Rifle and Revolver Club concede him the pistol match and go ahead shooting for second place.

Sergeant Joe, who is one of the ranking pistol shots of the Na-ton, visited the club last week and knocked out a 298x300 over the Camp Perry Course. Ed Thompson finished first among the civilian members with a 291 and Raymond Wright was second at 2R6. Most of the top-ranking shooters in the club are becoming rather excited over their scores because there is just one more week to go on the winter championship aggregate. In addition to that, the club's registered match is scheduled for June 17, and members are burning a lot of powder, hoping to get into tiptop form for that match. The complete scores: Slow.
