Miss Skaggs will be graduated in August from Western Kentucky State College where she is a member of Beta Omega Chi sorority. Mr. Elmore attended Western where he was a member of Sigma Phi Alpha fraternity, He will enter the of Louisville School of Dentistry in September. and Mrs. Thomas Spencer Chalkley, Richmond, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Elizabeth Frazee Chalkley, to Mr. Robert Andersen Sullivan, son of Mr. and Mrs. George E.

Sullivan of Arlington, Va. Miss Chalkley is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Emmett of Louisville, and Daugherty, are graduates of the University of Louisville School of Medicine and interned at General Hospital before moving to Richmond. Miss Chalkley attended Meredith College.

Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of North Carolina State College and a member of Sigma Nu fraternity. A September wedding is planned. WEDDINGS Dieterle-Raibert The marriage of Miss Mary Frances Dieterle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

George Fitzgerald Dieterle, of Owensboro, and Lt. (j. Albert Raibert, U. S. Nosepa, son of Mrs.

Robert Harold Raibert of Louisville and the late Mr. Raibert, took, place at 11 o'clock yesterday in St. Stephen's Cathedral Church, Owensboro. Miss Patricia Ann Dieterle of Louisville was her sister's maid of honor, and Mr. Charles Freville of Louisville was the best man.

The ushers were Messrs. Albert Huber of Louisville and George R. Dieterle of Owensboro, the bride's brother. After a reception at Gabe's Restaurant, Lieutenant and Mrs. Raibert left on a wedding trip in the South.

They will make their home at Virginia Beach. Murphy--Trautwein Miss Joanne Louise Murphy of Lancaster, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Harold Murphy of Brogueville, and Mr. Victor Rudolf Trautwein, of Lancaster, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Victor Rudolf Trautwein of Glencoe, formerly of Louisville, were married yesterday in New Harmony Presbyterian Church, Brogueville. The bride is a graduate of West Chester State College. Mr. Trautwein is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.

They will live at 221 Maxson Road, Lancaster, after a wedding trip to the Virgin Islands. Miss Patricia Williams Miss Miss Mary Wiegand Wiegand-Fortener Mr. and Mrs. Alois A. Wiegand announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Mary Lois Wiegand, Mr.

Edward Joseph Fortener, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard G. Fortener. Miss Wiegand was graduated with honors from Ursuline College.

Frances Williams announces the engagement of her daughter, Miss Patricia Ann Williams, to Mr. John Paul Brownfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Brownfield of Hodgenville. Miss Williams was graduated from Western Kentucky State College and is a member of Phi Alpha Theta.

Mr. Brownfield, who attended Western, is a member of Delta Tau Sigma fraternity. The wedding will take place August 3 in the Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church. Martin--Bloomer Mr. Mrs.

Russell T. Mar. tin of Nashville announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Joan Martin of Richmond, to Bloomer of Mechanicsville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Bloomer of Milligan College, Tenn.

Miss Martin, who received a master's degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and attended the School of Nursing of the Medical College of Virginia.
