The contest was the second of the year for the Bethel rlayers, and their second win. Higgins stood out as the best player on the winning team and was high point man of the night with seventeen points but the defense put up by Bethel was the real feature of the combat. May, the tall forward for Murray, starred for his team, making twelve points and playing a consistent floor game. Reynolds and Holland, forwards for the winners and losers respectively, were well matched.

Both lads connected with six points and stood out as real performers. Rogers, guard for Bethel, besides performing in great fashion on defense, scored four points. Murray called on two substitutes.
