Tenn. BASKETBALL Notes: of grad rates dismal A report filed with NCAA shows Louisville's basketball program had a 17 percent graduation rate for players over a two-year period. The report reflected graduation rates for freshmen who entered school in the 1983-84 and 1984-85 school years. The report is based on a new NCAA standard that Includes players who graduate within six years of enrollment, instead of the five years used previously. "Those graduation rates don't mean a thing and fall to take Into account the kid who pursued a professional playing career," Basketball Coach Denny Crum said.
