Green, 55, a systems analyst 29 years for Detroit Diesel Allison Division of General Motors will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Flanner and Buchanan Broad Ripple Mortuary, with burial in Lincoln Memory Gardens. He died Tuesday in Winona Memorial Hospital. Mr. Green was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church, North Park Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine and American Legion Post 500.

He was a past commander of Leo F. Welch American Legion Post 495. He was a World War II Navy veteran. A native of Fairfield, he had lived here 35 years. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.

Virginia R. Stoner Green; a daughter, Mrs. Tina K. Spraetz, and two sons, Larry L. and James E.

She also was past president of the Diabetes Association of Greater Indian- apolis and had served on the board of the American Diabetes Association, Indiana Affiliate. She also worked with the St. Joseph Hospital Cheer Guild in Kokomo. Before moving to Kokomo, she was a ward clerk one year at St. Francis Hospital Center.

Prior to that she was a secretary at Link-Belt Division of FMC Corp. from 1950-1964. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Joyce Ann Tyner of Indianapolis; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Linda DeVee of Peoria, her mother, Mrs.

Lorraine Baker of Rockville; two brothers, Denzil Baker of Morgantown and Norman Baker of Greenwood; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Pagel of Indianapolis, and two stepsisters, Mrs. Louise Lane and Mrs. Jean Sauter, both of Rockville. A native of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Mr. Williams lived here 22 years and was a member of Capitol City Masonic Lodge 312, American Legion Federal Post 62, Disabled American Veterans Post 52 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2839. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eliza J. (Libbie) Williams; a son, Bob Williams of Pittsboro, and two daughters, Mrs.

Sarah Abraham and Mrs. Clara Diehl, both of New Albany. William F. Carey William F. Carey, 52, Indianapolis, died Wednesday in St.

Francis Hospital Center. Born at Beech Grove, he was a lifelong resident of Marion County and worked 25 years as a die maker for Chevrolet Commercial Body Division until his retirement eight years ago. A World War II Navy veteran, Mr. Carey was a member of Indianapolis Masonic Lodge 669, Beech Grove American Legion and the United States Auto Club. Services will be held at 2 p.m.

Saturday in Little and Sons Beech Grove Funeral Home, with burial in Washington Park East Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Justine M. Carey; two daughters, Mrs. Geraldine F.

White and Miss Dorothy J. Carey; a son, William J. Carey, all of Indianapolis; and his mother, Mrs. Thelma Carey of Beech Grove. Mrs.

Merchant Mrs. Woodrow (Geneva Merchant, 70, Plainfield, a retired insurance underwriter, died Wednesday in Hendricks County Hospital. A native of Anderson, she lived in Indianapolis most of her life. She retired in 1971 from Indiana Value of the crop was $1.1 million, compared with $230,000 in 1977, but the price per pound, 22 cents, was slightly lower than the previous year when producers received an average 23 cents a pound. Mrs. Warren Glunt Dies; Ex-Teacher Mrs. Warren A. (Eulalie Wright) Glunt, 71, 6297 Guion Road, a retired schoolteacher, died Wednesday at home. She was a native of Cayuga and lived in Indianapolis since 1938.

Mrs. Glunt retired as a teacher in 1969 after working four years in the Daviess County Schools and six years at Decatur Junior High School. She was a graduate of Butler University and also attended Ball State University. She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church. She was section president of Indianapolis Needlework Guild, and a member of Alexander Hamilton Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution and Order of the Eastern Star, both at Franklin.

She was also a member of the Indiana State Museum Society, Riviera Club, Retired Teachers Association and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Satur Ungrateful Driver Slashes Samaritan A bandit, attired in "far oufcolored clothing, tried his luck at robbing a liquor store Wednesday but was arrested a few blocks away after leaving some of his loot behind when his paper bag, bulging with money, burst. William L. Ray, 35, 4000 block of North Emerson Avenue, was stopped a few blocks from Mr.

C's Liquor" Store, 4043 North Keystone Avenue, after the clerk quickly provided police with a license plate number of the getaway car and a description of the robber. The clerk, Rick Lawson, 25, told police a man came in about 3 p.m., drew a revolver, ordered him to give him money and then to lie on the floor. Not stopping to pick up the change which spilled over the floor when the Dag burst, the bandit hopped into a 1975 maroon and silver AMC Matador-and sped off. Lawson also told the police that the bandit was wearing a silver ring ill. his left ear, a crushed velvet blue coat and trousers, and a stocking cap with bright yellow trim.

Frances Jones Coslett, 71, 3714 North Irvington Avenue, a retired grocery store meat wrapper, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, with entombment in Crown Hill Cemetery Mausoleum. She died Tuesday in Winona Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Scammon, and an Indianapolis resident 44 years. She worked at Standard Grocery for 16 years before retiring in 1963.

Mrs. Coslett was a charter and life member of the Clinton (Ind.) Jobs Daughters. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Patricia Kroen of Jefferson-ville, Mrs. Mary Flinn of Indianapolis, Mrs.

Betty Wilson of Camby, Mrs. Barbara Grant and Mrs. Sue Mattingly, both of Indianapolis, and a son, Jack L. Coslett of Beech Grove. John B.

Moore John B. Moore, 60, 235 North Main Street, Zionsville, a retired maintenance worker, died Wednesday in West 10th Street Veterans Administration Medical Center. A native of Clintwood, he lived in Indianapolis seven years. Mr. Moore worked with the maintenance crew at the Lilly Estate in the 5800 block of Sunset Lane, retiring in 1977, and was a member of Orchard Park Presbyterian Church.

A World War II Army veteran, he was a member of American Legion Post 79 at Zionsville and Veterans of Foreign Wars Fort Benjamin Harrison Post. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Flanner and Buchanan Zionsville Mortuary, with burial in Lincoln Memory Gardens. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lila Moore; a brother, Forrest M.

Moore of Zionsville; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie McCord of Brownsburg and Mrs. Sara K. Munn of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, and a half-sister, Mrs. Arizona Gambill of Morehead, Ky.

Glenn W. Eyster Services for Glenn W. Eyster, 69, a lifelong Indianapolis resident, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, with burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

He died Tuesday in Methodist Hospital. Mr. Eyster was an export shipper and packer 42 years for P.R. Mallory Co. retiring in 1974.

A World War II Army veteran, he was a member of P.R. Mallory Legion Post 314 and Edgewood United Methodist Church. Mr. Eyster played football for a number of amateur teams on the city's Westside during the middle 1930s. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.

Lucy Maxine Eyster; a daughter, Miss Linda Eyster of Indianapolis, and a Nothing. The motorist then pulled a knife, cut Zandstra in the abdomen and robbed him of $100.
