Livestock CHICAGO, July 30. a moderate of hogs accumulated over the week end but there were enough to satisfy initial buying needs and values ranged from steady to -more than 25 cents lower. Cattle were steady to 25 cents higher and all sheep were steady. Butcher weights of hogs generally took $21.00 to S23.75. one load going to the extreme top of S23.S5.

Sows were worth $16.50 to 520.50 mainly, a few getting up to $20.75. Clearance was good on the run of 10,000 hogs, more than 1.000 fewer than a week ago. Good to prime steers mostly made $32.50 to 538.50 with a few 'prime loads getting up to S38.65 and S38.75. Good to prime heifers and mixed yearlings -were $32.00 to S37.00. a load of prime fed heifers took S38.00.

Commercial cows and good bulls topped at $30.50, whUe vealcrs ranged downward from S37.00.
