Cotton Insurance Claims. The recent dry weather in Navarro county has helped considerably in clearing up claims on 1947 cotton insurance, Triple-A Secretary Clint T. Young reported Thursday. "Adjusters will visit all farms in the near future to prepare and submit claims," Young said. The adjusters have not been able to tour the county because of bad weather and impassable roads, Young explained.
