Major Tinker's first stop on his solo flight, which will cover territory flown by the airmail pilots under his command, was at March Field, Southern California, whjtre, in normal times, he is commander of a pursuit squadron. From March Field Major Tinker ilna to fly to Salt Lake City to confer with Colonel H. H.
