SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 1985- THE INDIANAPOLIS STAR- HD Knicks Parish to Celts, 113-104 NBA Roundup with 31 points, while Eddie Johnson came off the bench for a season-high 23, Kevin Willis added 13 and Williams 10. Atlanta is 7-7. CHICAGO 135. GOLDEN-STATE 108 Orlando Wool-ridge scored 28 points, including 10 in a four-minute span of the third quarter, to spark the host Chicago Bulls to a 135-108 victory over the Golden State Warriors. George Gervin scored a game-high 32 points for the Bulls.

The victory was only Chicago's third in 12 games without Michael Jordan, sidelined with a broken left foot. The loss was Golden State's third straight, all on the road. Woolridge's charge began with a short jumper at 8:26 of the third quarter that gave the Bulls an eight-point lead. The Woolridge string ended four minutes later with a slam dunk that extended Chicago's lead to 80-67. The Warriors, who were led by Purvis Short's 30 points and Terry Teagle's 21, never came closer than 10 points the rest of the way.

LOS ANGELES 130, PORTLAND 113 James Worthy poured in 25 points, all in the first three quarters, to pace the Los Angeles Lakers to a 130-1 13 romp over the short-handed host Portland Trail Blazers. The Lakers (12-2) never trailed and blew open a 34-14 lead in the first quarter. Portland (9-7) never came closer than 16 in the second half and the Lakers led by as many as 26. Magic Johnson scored 17 points and dished out 14 assists for the Lakers, including 13 assists in the first half. Abdul-Jabbar and Kurt Rambis also scored 17 apiece for the winners.

Rookie Terry Porter scored a career-high 24 points to pace the Blazers. FROM STAR WIRE SERVICES Robert Parish scored 27 points and Kevin Mcllale added 25 Saturday night to lead the Boston Celtics to a 113-104 victory over New York and hand the host Knicks their third straight loss, Boston (11-2) led 35-34 at the end of the first quarter and 67-64 at the half. The Knicks drew to a 76-76 tie in the third quarter, but Boston then ran off eight straight points and built a 92-83 advantage. Parish started the surge with a short jumper, McHale then hit two free throws, Bill Walton scored on a reverse lay-in, and McHale hit another two free throws before Louis Orr broke the skein. Parish was high man in the game with 12 rebounds.

Celtic forward Larry Bird, who shot only 6-for-21 from the floor, added 10 assists and 18 points. Rory Sparrow led the Knicks with 27 points. Pat Cummings added 20, and Patrick Ewlng, returning after an injury, contributed 18. Thomas added 21 points for Detroit, which won its third straight and its eighth in its last 11 games. Julius Erving had 24 points and Charles Barkley 23 for Philadelphia, which lost its third in four games.

UTAH 116. ATLANTA 106 Adrian Dantley matched his season high of 41 points, including 28 in the first half, to lead the Utah Jazz to a 116-106 triumph over the host Atlanta Hawks. The Hawks, trailing 92-87 after three quarters, came within 103-101 on Dominique Wilkins' basket with five minutes left in the game. Dantley's field goal 30 seconds later put Utah In front, 105-101, and the Jazz gradually pulled away. Dantley, who had 41 against Portland Nov.

Philadelphia then scored eight straight points to move to 103-102, but Tri- pucka made a three-point play and added a technical foul shot to give Detroit a 107-102 edge with 4:22 remaining.
