JANUARY 4,1930 THE HMfNfiLANDtR BAILY Phelps E. M. Anderson of OHdden, resident, was a visitor here yesterday to attend lodge at Eagle River. Mr. Anderson formefly was chairman of the Phelps board o'f education and saw the school building demolished by flames.
