to 9 p.m. today. He died Wednesday in Roudebush West 10th Street Veterans Administration Hospital. He had been a security guard at Indiana National Bank for several years, retiring in 1963. A native of Windfall, Mr.

Hillard lived in Indianapolis most of his life. Survivor: wife, Laura Hillard. Henry M. Hull Services for Henry M. Hull, 87, Indianapolis, will be at 2 p.m.

Saturday in All Saints Episcopal Church. Calling will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. today in Flanner and Buchanan Broad Ripple Mortuary. He died Wednesday in Winona Memorial Hospital.

He retired as treasurer of Sanborn Electric Co. in 1967. He was a member of Broad Ripple American Legion and American Association of Costs Accountants. A native of Iowa, he lived in Indianapolis for 60 years. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or the American Cancer Society.

Survivors: daughters, Mary I. Hull and Julia Eschenbach. Services for Louise Pearson Main. 77. Indianapolis, a retired teacher, will be at 11 a Saturday in North United Methodist Church.

Calling will be from 4 p.m, to 8 m. today in Flanner and Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary and one hour prior to services in church. She died Wednesday in Commu nity Hospital. Mrs. Main had been a teacher at Delaware Trail School for 10 years, retiring in 1971.

Prior to that, she taught for Indianapolis Public Schools and the Shelbyville School Corp. She was a member of Shelby ville Coterie and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She was a volunteer at the Wheeler Mission. Mrs Main was a graduate of Butler University. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wheeler Mission.

Survivors: husband. Claude J. Main; sons. Stephen P. and Robert S.

Main; daughters, Charlotte Chad wick and Sara M. Ashman. Private services for Wilma Em ley Jay, 84. a retired Indianapolis teacher, were held Thursday in Greenlawn Cemetery in Frankfort. Conkle Lynhurst Funeral Home handled arrangements.

She died Tuesday in an India napolis nursing home. Mrs. Jay had been a teacher in Indianapolis for 44 years. She spent the last 25 years of her career at Ben Davis High School, retiring in 1964 She was a member of National Retired Teachers Association. Lyn hurst Order of Eastern Star and Lynhurst Baptist Church.

Mrs. Jay was graduated from Indiana University and received her master's from Butler University. A native of Clinton County, she lived in Indianapolis for 60 years. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Crippled Children's Fund. She was the widow of Roy Jay.

Madison. Ind. Judge Paul R. Schnaitter. 80.

Madison, died Thurs day in King's Daughters' Hospital here. He had been a circuit court judge in Jefferson and Switzerland counties from 1959 to 1976. Judge Schnaitter also practiced law in Madison since 1930. He was a member of the Indiana and Jefferson County bar association and the Indiana Judge's Association. He had served on the Indiana Judicial Study Commission, Indiana State Police Board and the Madison School Board.

Judge Schnaitter was active in the state Democratic Party and was Jefferson County Democratic chairman from 1948 to 1951. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and was a chairman of its board of trustees. Judge Schnaitter graduated from Indiana University and received his law degree from I.U. School of Law in 1930. He was a member of Delta Theta Pi legal fraternity and Sigma Pi social fraternity.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Lytle Mortuary in Madison, with calling from 2:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until services Saturday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Historic Madison which he helped found. He was the widower of Edith Spencer Schnaitter and Marie Wright Schnaitter. Survivors: son. Spencer J. Schnaitter; daughter, Carolyn S.

today at Parson Mortuary West Adams Street Chapel here. He died Wednes day at Ball Memorial Hospital. A native of Decatur, he joined the faculty at Ball State in 1979 after having taught six years at Wabash College in Crawfordsville. He taught three math classes at Ball Corp. through the university's continuing education program.

He evaluated manuscripts for Scott, Foresman Publishing Co. and had research published twice in a French journal. He also reviewed articles for two American mathematics journals. He was graduated from Ball State in 1966 and earned his mas ter's and doctoral degrees from Ohio State University in 1967 and 1973. respectively.

He studied at Ohio State on a National Science Founda tion Fellowship. Mr. Bieberich was secretary treasurer of the Indiana section of the Mathematical Association of America and a member of the American Mathematical Society. He was a member of the College Avenue church and served as Sun day school teacher. Memorial contri butions may be made to the Ameri can Cancer Society or the church's organ fund.

Thomas Ostdick. 56. Order of St. Benedict, retired president rector of the College of Liberal Arts at St. Meinrad Seminary, died Thursday in Sherman Hospital at Elgin.

III. He had been visiting his mother at Elgin, his birthplace. Father Ostdick was graduated from St. Meinrad in 1950. He was ordained here in 1954.

After he earned his doctorate in chemistry at the University of Notre Dame in 1958, he taught chemistry and mathematics at St. Meinrad Seminary. For 10 summers he returned to Notre Dame as a postdoctoral research associate. He went each weekend for many years to Fort Knox, where he aided the chaplains. In 1964, Father Ostdick was appointed academic dean of St.

Mein rad College and in 1975. he was elected president rector of the Col lege of Liberal Arts at the seminary. He retired in 1982. Father Ostdick was a contribut ing member of the Council for the Advancement of Small Colleges, the National Catholic Education Association and the Indiana Conference of Higher Education. He also was a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists.

Services will be at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the St. Meinrad Archabbey Church. Calling will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday.
