Miss Lord is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Glenn C. Lord, 4455 Washington Boulevard. Her fiance is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. Andrew P. Barton of Cincinnati. The couple will be honored Easter Sunday at a YOU'LL L1CIG party and buffet at Cincinnati given by Mr. Barton's sister, Maridot, and brother, Edwin.

Monday the future bridegroom's mother will entertain at a tea. The couple also will be entertained at a party Wednesday in the home of Miss Sally Feeser, 4420 Broadway. Miss Desautels will honor the future bride at a miscellaneous shower Thursday in her home, 4232 Central Avenue. Mrs. John Heidt and daughter, Miss Jean Heidt, will be hostesses at a personal shower and luncheon April 23 in their home, 3837 North New Jersey Street.

A party will be given in the couple's honor that night by Miss McNelis, 7551 Morningside Drive. Miss Hogan also will entertain for the bride-elect. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Bet-tinger, grandparents of the prospective bridegroom, will be hosts at the rehearsal dinner June 16 at South Bend.
