D. 1935 in a certain cause (No. 2974) then pending, therein- between The Union Central Life Insurance Company, a corporation, and Jesse R. Glark, Jr., Trustee, complainants, and Anna L. Turner, et al- defendants,, the under, signed, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the front door or entrance of the United States Postoffice, in the City of Hope, Hempstead County, Arkansas, within the hours ( prescribed 6y law for judicial sales, i on Saturday, the 21st day of December, A.
