The proposed rates would establish a new fuel adjustment clausp under which charges will increase or decrease with the cost of fuel. The company estimated that the yvwci mica iui ioi tcv users wui go up a year and the rates for all of its 1,032 steam heating customers will be boosted an estimated $72,695 annually. "The fuel clause provides that the increase will apply to customers using more than 10,000 kilowat hours a month. The steam heat clause provides that the charge per 1,000 pounds of condensation used each month will be Increased or decreased one cent a thousand pounds for each 10 cent Increase above $3.50 or decrease below $1.90 a ton in the cost of fuel. I There will be no change in electric rates for residential customers or any other consumers using less than 10,000 kilowatt hours a month.
