Ina I Jah-Dies; Operated Theaters Here Mrs. Ina G. Bair, a resident pulling a young boy from a burning home in I9f2, died yesterday in Johnson County Memorial Hospital at Franklin. Mr. Phipps, an Indianapolis native who had lived at Greenwood tlie last 13 years, served at Fire Station 22 about 23 years.

He retired in 1064. HE WAS CITED for bravery by Robinson-Ragsdale American Legion Post. Mr. Phipps worked as an office clerk for five years at J. L.

Steel Company following his retirement as a fireman. He was a member of the Oriental Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite. He was a Navy veteran of World War with burial in Crown Hill Cem etery. The widow, Mrs. lorenee IJ.

Sehad, is the only immediate survivor. Troy Dunn Services To Re Held Tuesday Services for Troy W. Dunn, 24, 3701 Erwin Road, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at King and King Chapel, with burial in New Crown Ceme tery. Mr.

Dunn was shot and fatally wounded Thursday at 221 East 21th Street. Glenn Ray Evans, 23, 2228 Perkins Avenue, was arrested and charged with murder In the case when he surrendered at police headquarters two hours after the shooting. Mr. Dunn was an overhead lineman for tho Indianapolis Power and Light where he was employed four years. He formerly served In the Army for three years.

Osic D. Powell Mrs. Osie D. Poyell, 90, 460 North Maple Street, Zionsville, died at home yesterday. A native of Jolietville, she was a resident of Zionsville 31 years.

She was a member of the Reformed Church of Christ at Bluffton, and the Zionsville Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Goodwin Funeral Home at Bluffton, with burial in Fair- view Cemetery. MR. BLACKBURN died Fri day in his home at 5836 Win- throp Avenue. He had been president of the saw company since 1950 and had served as vice-president of the former Indianapolis Park Board during the administration of Former Mayors Phillip L. Bayt and Charles H. Bos-well.

He was a member of Bayt's Citizens Advisory Committee. Mr. Blackburn also served as vice-president of both the Hoosier Athletics and Golden Gloves departments of the In-dlanapolis based AAU. In 1956, he served as chair man of the Indianapolis Olym pic Fund Drive. Mr.

Blackburn was a found er, charter member and director of the Graphic Arts Dealers' Association of the Printing Industry of America. He was graduated from But ler Univeristy and attended the Mrs. Daubenspeck, Ex'Teacher, Succumbs Noblesville, Ind. Services for Mrs. Druzella M.

Daubenspcck, 49, Noblesville, a teacher the last 15 years in the Noblesville School System, will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Coaltrin Funeral Home with burial in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. She died Thursday in her home. She also served as librarian in the school system the last year. She was graduated from Lindenwood College, St.

R. K. Watson Dies; Capri Motel Owner Graveside services for R. K. Watson, 59, 8120 West Washington Street, will be held at 10 a.m.

Tuesday in Lincoln Memory Gardens. He died Thursday in the Cold Spring Road Veterans Administration Hospital. Mr. Watson had owned and operated the Capri Motel at the Washington Street address for the last 12 years. He had been associated with J.

B. Wilson Associates, con sulting engineers, for 17 years until 1963. A native of Colorado, he had lived in Indianapolis for 25 years. He was a member of the Christian Church at Boulder, and of the Park Fletcher Optimist Club here. Mr.

Watson was an Air Force veteran of World War II. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday at Moore and Kirk Ben Davis Chapel. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Grace E.

Watson, and a son, Larry Dean Watson of Indianapolis. Gerald TP. Short Gerald W. Short, 57, 8234 Laura Lynne Lane, an employe in the graphic services department of Eli Lilly died yesterday in Bloomington Hospital. He was a member of the American Forestry Association and Zion Evangelical United Church of Christ and was a 25-year member of Southport Masonic Lodge.

Mr. Short attended Butler University. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the N.F. Chance Funeral Home, with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mr. Mock, who died Friday in Methodist Hospital, was a retired boilermaker at the Beech Grove shops of the former New York Central Railroad, where he was employed 45 years. He was a member of Beech Grove Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. Survivors include a son, Robert A. Mock, and a daughter, Mrs.

Burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery. He died Friday in St. Vin cent Hospital. A lifelong resident of Indianapolis, he was sales super intendent for Wheeler and Schebler Carburetor Company for many years. He later operated an auto repair shop on the Southside.

Mr. Schebler was a member of Ancient Landmark Masonic Lodge 319. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Larry Geisendorff and Mrs. Helen Hohn.

A native of Kentucky, he was a resident of Indianapolis 54 years. He retired In 1960 after working 16 years as an auto mechanic for Clemans Truck ing Company. He was a member of Meadlawn Christian Church and an Army veteran of World War II. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel, with burial in Washington Park East Cemetery.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Vivian Comley, and two daughters, Mrs. Grace Tuckey and Mrs. Anna Marbach. Dudley Sizemore Services for Dudley Size-more, 63, 4869 Plainfield Avenue, will be held at 1 p.m.

Tuesday in Christian Tabernacle Church, of which he was a member, with burial in Brownsburg Cemetery. He died Friday of a heart attack at Lyndhurst Drive and West Washington Street. A native of Kentucky, he was a resident of Indianapolis 45 years. He retired in 1967 after working 22 years as a mechanic for the Greyhound Bus Company. Survivors Include the widow, Mrs.

Anthony LeMayDies; Services Set Tuesday Services for Anthony LeMay, 55. 4524 Maren Drive, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Washington Park North Cemetery.

He died Friday in West 10th Street Veterans Administra tion Hospital. Mr. LeMay served about seven years as manager of Regal Markets in Carmel and Indianapolis before retiring in 1968. An Army veteran of South Pacific service in World War II, Mr. LeMay was present at Pearl Harbor during the Dec.

7, 1941, Japanese bombings. He was a member of American Legion Post 497 and St. Michael Catholic Church. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Bonnetti LeMay; a son, Douglas S.

LeMay of Indianapolis, and a daughter, Miss Janet M. LeMay, at home. Mrs. Adelaide Harris Services for Mrs. Adelaide Harris, 71, 1246 West 35th Street, will be held at 1 p.m.

Wednesday in Mount Zion Baptist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. She died Friday at home. A native of Tennessee, Mrs. Harris had been a resident of Indianapolis the last six years.

She formerly lived at Cincinnati, Ohio, where her late husband, the Rev. Martin W. Harris, was pastor of Trinity Baptist Church. Mrs. Harris was graduated from Tennessee State University at Nashville and taught for several years in public schools in Tennessee and at Cincinnati.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Mamie Gibson of Indianapolis. John Hubbard Services for John Hubbard, 78, 2247 Hovey Street, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Eastern Star Baptist Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in New Crown Cemetery.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at King and King Funeral Home. He died Wednesday in a local nursing home. He was a retired employe of Diamond Chain Company. Survivors include the widow, Mrs.

Lilly Hubbard; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Hubbard and Mrs. Grace Archer, and a son John Hubbard all of Indianapolis. Air Crash Kills Navy Lt. Wickes Navy Lt.

James R. Wickes, 26, formerly of Indianapolis, was killed yesterday in a plane crash in the California mountains while searching for a lost aircraft. Wickes, who had volunteered for the mission, was killed when his aircraft crashed and burned in a mountain canyon. His copilot bailed out and suffered a broken hip. A native of Indianapolis, Wickes was graduated from tho United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, and was stationed at Lemoore Naval Air Station at Lemoore.

Calif. Survivors Include tho widow, Mrs. Susan Wickes; his mother, Mrs. Betty Wickes of Salt Lake City, Utah, and two grandmothers, Mrs. Irene Jeffries and Mrs.
