Three Sections Of Interstate 65 To Open Today Governor Harold W. Handley will snip ribbons at three highway interchanges today to open nearly 16 miles of Interstate 65 between Henryville and Jeffersonville in Southern Indiana. High school bands and local and state officials will participate in the three ribbon-cutting rites to be held at 10 a.m. in Henryville, at 10:45 a.m, in Sellersburg and at Ind. 131, the New AlbanyClarksville interchange.

On Oct. 4, the governor will open another 20-mile stretch Shelbyville to Indianapolis on the new Interstate route. Handley said the new fourlane defense highway will not only spur industrial and community growth of the cities in the area of its route but will also insure time-saving and safe travel for commuters and their families. He said the state has about 125 miles of interstate highway under construction and another 304 miles planned. Boat Khrush Never Received To Be Displayed The 18-foot, jet-powered Turbocraft boat which was never launched due to collapse of the four-power summit conference will be the attraction at a special Nora Plaza Shopping Center display beginning tomorrow.

The craft which President Eisenhower intended to present to Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev will be exhibited Thursday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, until 6 p.m. Orville Barnes, president of Nora Plaza Merchants Association, said the boat, manufactured by the Indiana Gear Works here, will be under both a 24-hour guard a and $50,000 worth of insurance protection during the display. Following this appearance of the Indianapolis-made boat, it will be taken to Washington, D.C., and then on a tour of all major cities in the nation. Hypnotist To Talk Bernard Nall, president of the Indiana Hypnotists Association, will address a dinner meeting of Speedway 500 Club Sept.
