This evening Dr. Clark, at the Seelyo will give a dramatic recital of Stephen Phillips' "llysses." Prof. Clark is a dramatic reader of great insight, strong power, and withal, is gifted with that subtle element called, for lack of better term, magnetism. Not only in Kansas but everywhere the cry goes up from the stable citizenship, "Down with graft and enforce the laws." In the analysis of such demand will be found the increasing disregard in his count ry for law anil legally constituted authority. One of the important rcipii'-itcs of every true citizen is obedience to ollicials and compliance with estab lished laws. It is the duty of tie home and the school to train for citizenship and in so far as these institutions relax their efforts to secure good discipline, they fail to pcrf.

The president's address by Supt. A. F. Senter of Concordia was listened to with close attention. It was marked by high ideals and was well delivered.

Among other things he said: "The first force or inlluence which helps the school to fulfill its moral obligation is the personality of the teacher.
