Wood High SchooL will receive the 1965 man and woman of the year awards of the Isidore Feible-man Memorial Fund of Indianapolis Lodge 58, B'nai B'rith. The annual awards for outstanding service to the community will be presented at a banquet at 7 m.

MISS MADDEV, 321 West-field Boulevard, active in many fields, is a past special gifts chairman for the United Fund. She has served as a solicitor for the fund and on its allocation advisory committee. She also has served on committees and boards of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Women's Committee of Clowes Memorial Hall, Aspen Music Festival, United Negro College Fund, National Conference of Christians and Jews, Catholic Social Services and Women's Advisory to the Indianapolis Goodwill Indus tries Development Program.

She is a past president and honorary vice-president of the Women's Committee of the Indiana State Symphony Society. Thursday about 37 miles southeast of Malmstrom Air Force Base near Great Falls. He was enroute from Peterson Field near Colorado Springs to Malmstrom. A search party is attempting to reach the area on foot while helicopters await clear ing weather. The helicopters were grounded early Friday by visibility resulting from a Pacific storm system that left up to two feet of snow in the mountains. However, helicopter pilots were hopeful of getting off the ground later in the day after clearing conditions appeared at mid-morning.

Uil-And-Run Shootins Case Continued A man suspected of firing three shots at two men who were chasing him early yesterday after a hit-run accident appeared in Municipal Court, Room 5, and his case was continued to Thursday. Ralph E. Cannon, 25 years old, 2710 Barrington Avenue, was held on prelim inary charges of assault and battery with intent to kill, discharging a firearm within the city limits, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. A SANDERS, 25, 1413 Renton Street, and a friend, Willis Talley, 29, 3628 North Illinois Street, told police Talley's car was struck in front of Sander's home about 1:30 a.m. They said they jumped into Sanders' car and pursued the hit-run car to the 1500 block of South Oxford Street where the car stopped, the driver got out and fired a pistol at them.

TWO BULLETS went through the findshield of the car and another punctured the radiator. Sanders and Talley were not hit. Cannon was arrested a short time later in the 2500 block of East Minnesota Street. Man Found Dead On 82d Street The body of a 51-year-old man was discovered by a passing motorist at 5 p.m. yesterday on East 82d Street between Sargent and Fall Creek roads.

Marion County Sheriff Sgt. Jack L. Patterson, who also is a deputy coroner, identified the victim as Donald E. Roberts, 4921 Indianola Avenue, and said it is belie ve the victim suffered a self-inflicted wound in the chest from a .410 shotgun which was found near the body. Roberts' body was discovered outside his car by James Nicely, R.R.
