Is'to dramatize the' need and stimulate Tito Lays Down Law On Co-operation With West BELGRADE, Yugoslavia, Feb. 19. U.PJ --Marshal Tito has laid down the law to the Yugoslav Communist party with a warning that anyone who questions his policy of cooperation with the west will be treated as "an enemy of the party," informed sources said today. He reassured members that "we are not alone" and spelled out for them the value of western warnings 'that any attack on Yugoslavia would not remain localized. Experienced observers saw these as the key points of Tito's major policy speech Friday to a congress of party members.

For the rest of this month, this will be pounded at local party meetings throughout the country. Number 22 in. a Series NYLON SHEER--knit of nylon and rubber threads. To commemorate -this encounter of April 15, 1862, between Union soldiers and a group of Confederates under the leadership of Captain Sherod Hunter, a monument was erected at the base of Picacho Peak, approximately 50 miles northwest of Tucson, just off Highway 84. Prom a standpoint of size, this could more aptly be described as a skirmish, since the number of men involved not great and the losses small: Union soldiers killed three; wounded-- two, and three taken prisoners; Confederates one man -and thiee taken prisoner.

(History books -call it a UnioU: victory). As a living memorial to this and because of their interest in Captain Hunter, a group of enterprising students. at the University of Arizona, in 1939, formed what is now known as The Captain Hunter Memorial 'Society. Spearheaded by Lewis D. W.

Hall of Tucson, and including a grandson of a member of the Confederate troops, this group has unearthed many historical facts of that era that might not otherwise have come to light.
