Rules and Regulations No entry fee charged. \Exhibits open to region of Southwest Arkansas. Horses and mule's on arrival, will be examined for disease and major disqualifications. If such symptoms are found, horses will be rejected. Exhibit horses and mules will be kept in a \ye\\ ventilated tent. All stock will be kept under strict sanitary management. Caretakers will be on duty at all times to assist the show manager. Management will not be responsible for unavoidable losses. All stock must be entered by actual owner. Entries must be made by noon. Show open to owners of registered and good grade of cattle in Southwest Arkansas. 2. Registration papers and transfer certificates shall be available to show officials. 3. All entries must be made with the Chamber of Commerce Secretary, Hope. Arkansas, by October 19. 4. All animals must be entered in their proper classes as set forth in catalog. 5. All exhibitors shall present sufficient evidence that ani- imals exhibited are T-B and Bang disease free. G. The committee in charge assumes no responsibility or liability for injury or damage to or by animals or any damage or injury resulting therefrom. 7. The superintendent shall have general charge of the show and in case of questions as to interpretation of rules, etc,, his opinion shall be final. 8. All animals must be properly entered and in place in the show not later than 10 a. m,, October 21. 9. Judging will take place October 22. 10. Animals may be removed from the show after 4 p. m,, October 23. 11. All bedding and roughage feed will be furnished by the committee, but exhibitor shall furnish the necessary grain feed.
