Spare, 84, 603 Pike Covington, died Sunday at her home. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. John Kruetzkamp, Covington; two sons. Alfred (Ike), Newport; and Marcellus, Crestview Hills; one sister, Mrs. Millie Dillman, Minster, Ohio; eight grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Hertell BROOKVILLE-Mrs. Barbara Hertell, 90, died Saturday at the Brookville Nursing home, where she had been a patient. She is survived by five sons, two daughters, one brother, 32 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p. m.

William Orschell BROOKVILLE- Requiem High Mass for William P. Orschell, 74, a retired farmer who died Thursday, will be at 9:30 a. m. today at St. Michael Church.

Mr. Orschell, who lived at 420 Court is survived by four brothers and one sister. Wilbur V. Frakes Wilbur V. Frakes, 67, a retired shoe shop owner, died Sunday at St.

Elizabeth Hospital. Lukowsky dismissed the case. In his petition, Mr.

Cupp attempted to have Kenton County Clerk Albert T. Wood required to place his name on the ballot in the Covington primary election. Mr. Cupp sought to oppose incumbent Covington Judge William Dunn."
