6937 Peyton, Houston, announce the marriage of their daughter. Rosalie, to Lt. Thomas K. Rhemann on Saturday, June the 18th. at Annunciation Church in Houston.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Rhemann of Brookshire.

The brides atlendents were Mrs. Juanita Lang of Flynn. matron of honor and Mrs. do you suffer from Barbara Abbott of Houston, bridesmaid. Bostman was William Rhemann, brother of the groom and Lomax Mikeska of i Brookshire was groomsman.

The bride attended Sam Houston State Teachers Col-1 lego and also is a graduate of St. Joseph's School of Medical Technology. The groom attended A College and U. of Houston. The couple will make their home in Fort Leonardwood, Missouri where Lt.

Woods Home Is Scene for Dinner Given For Wedding Party I Members of the wedding party and house party gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Woods for dinner on Thursday evening following the 6:30 wedding rehearsal at Chapelwood Methodist Church.

A triple-tiered centerpiece of white flowers graced the serving table. Carnations, as- tors and pom pom mums blended with leatherleaf fern and highlighted with rhinestone hearts, formed the arrangements from which cascaded practically every state in the and were from all but 2 tables lighted by white tapers graduating classes. Dilorio had attended. Mrs. Jim Dilorio Attends Alumni Meet For Nurses at Waco Mr. and Mrs. Jim Dilorio, and family went to Waco during their vacation in order that Mrs.

Dilorio could attend the Alumni Meeting of the Providence Hospital School of Nursing from which she is a graduate. The three-day event included a picnic Friday evening at which the families of the alumni attended. Saturday there were various events including a tea, program and individual class parties followed by a banquet that evening at a Waco hotel. Over 300 alumni members were in attendance with Mrs. Dilorio's class having the largest percentage present.

One of her classmates is now adminstrator of the Hospital. Sunday morning the group attended Mass and a breakfast afterwards. Classmates present represented Mrs. Marie Lammert Observes 80th Birthday Mrs. Marie Lammert observed her 80th birthday Sunday with her family at the VFW Park.

Guests numbered 85 including her sons, Rev. E. and family of Un; ion, Missouri, Eric and family 'of Spring Branch, Rev. Fred and family of Aliceville, Kansas, and Ted and family of Katy; daughters, Ella Melde of Bishop, Lydia and family of 1 Houston, Marie Burke and family of Houston, and Olivia May and family of Katy; brothers, Willie Dube of The i Grove, Emil Dube of Giddings, i sister-in-laws Mrs. Karl Dube Houston and Mrs.

August 'Dube of Giddings. All of Mrs. Lammert's 16 grandchildren were present as was her only great grandchild, Dwight Scherer. I Her love of horseback riding helped Fayne Cardiff choose Peach Creek Ranch at New Caney for her summer 'camping experience. She will be in the Silver Spur unit for two weeks.

Camp Arnold is also beginning a two week session. Carolyn Rylander is in the Tall Timbers unit. Vickey Cardiff, Malinda Poorman, Sue Dube and Linda Gayle Starnes are in Timber Wild unit. Joan Woods and Janet Woods are at Casa Mare on the coast near Sea Brook. This 'camp is for Senior Scouts.

OR A DOOR? Mrs. Lammert was born at Giddings on July 6, 1880. She married a Lutheran minister, jRev. F. VV.

Lammert on July 15. 1900. They lived in various parts of Texas until they mov- to Katy in 1940. Rev. Lam- 'mert died in 1942, completing years as a minister.

i Mrs. Lammert haw always (been busy with her family and sewing, cooking, and 1 keeping a garden. Katy Girl Scouts Attend Summer Camp The Katy Neighborhood of San Jacinto Girl Scouts is represented at four camps for the present sessions. Four girls will spend one week at Camp Robinwood at Willis, Texas. Janet Stanberry and Wanda Beckendorff are in the Shady Pines unit and Kathy Drake and Ethel Johnson are in the Tri Elms unit.

Gresak was Catholic. She iwas born in Austria-Hungary Survivors include her hus- iband, Paul Gresak; 2 daugh- jters, Millie Gresak and Mrs. I Annie Kerr of Houston; six Adolph, Wayman and FrecF of Buckholts, Jearl of Houston, L. B. in the Navy, and Will of Katy; 11 grandchildren including W.

J. and Lorance Gresak of Katy. All of her brothers and sisters died in prison camps during World War II.
