Jane Fonda Goes On Radio Hanoi Actress Jane Fonda has gone on Radio Hanoi and denounced the U.S. bombing of dikes in North Vietnam, the Vietnam News Agency reported in Tokyo. The agency said the broadcast was directed to "all the U.S. servicemen involved" in raids against North Vietnam. Earlier, the agency reported that Miss Fonda had visited an area east of Hanoi where dikes had been damaged by U.
