For many years prior to retirement In 1956, he was an installation specialist for the 20th Century Refrigeration Cincinnati. He leaves his wife, the former Miss Goldle Mae Euth; three sons, Ralph Florence, Jerry Lee, Crescent Springs, and Raymond, at home; one daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Rice, Union, two brothers, Frank Cincinnati and Clyde, of Clarksburg, W. and one sister, Mrs. Edna Mastin, Paris, Ky.

There are also 12 grandchildren. Mr. Huffman, a veteran of World War was a member of Pohlmann-Llnneman Post, VFW, Covington. Services will be held at 10 a. m.

Tuesday in the Linnemann Funeral Home, Erlanger, with burial in Highland Cemetery, South Ft. Mitchell. Friends may visit between 4 and 9 p. m. Monday.
