White 1 So Obituaries Arab cause was generating increasing concern among Israeli officials. They said the continuation of the French arms embargo against Israel may prompt Jerusalem to take a new defense tack. They explained Israel assumes Russia is bent on sabotaging any Arab-Israeli rapprochement until the Kremlin proves otherwise. Government experts admitted that while Israel could swallow French insults and shake off diplomatic cold shoulders, it could not afford to ignore defense issues. Funeral HoTe.
