Norwood Man Drowns Near Klackniont, Ky. PINEVILLE, Ky. An Ohio man on a business trip to Eastern' Kentucky drowned Saturday while swimming in Cumberland River.

State Police said William Clarence Sutton, 36, of Norwood (address not known at press time) was alone when he sank ln about 10-12 feet of water. Neighbors found- Mr. Sutton's clothes on the bank. His body was recovered. Mr.

Sutton had been ln the area to pick up a car at Harlan and tow it to Ohio, police said. His car was found about 10 miles from the drowning scene on Ky. 72, near Blackmont. Fly-Over Honors Crash Victims At Wilmington WILMINGTON, Ohio tJP) The 302nd Troop Carrier Wing of the U. S.

RITE Only $207.89 has been paid thus far, the complaint states. IN THE counter claim filed April 17 by Mr. and Mrs. Margrave against M. Fitzgerald, the petition alleges that Mr.

Fitzgerald, "maliciously slandered and harmed the character and reputation of the defendants." The counter claim charges that the plaintiff Fitzgerald circulated talk about the Margraves in the following language: "That Forest Margrave and his wife Grace, are embezzling funds from construction loans and taking said money and spending it on a farm where they live, and are attempting to defraud their creditors, and that if said creditors do no take immediate action, either by a mechanic's lien, or foreclosure suits, that myself and creditors and everyone else doing business with the Margraves will suffer great financial loss by dealing with them." The counter claim goes on to say that, "the said Forest Margrave and Grace Margrave were embezzling funds in violating the criminal laws and were thieves and crooks." Thursday, Eugene Fitzgerald, in another suit filed In Boone Circuit Court against the Margrave Realty Florence, asked a Judgment for $19,126.04 said to be due on a note secured by a second mortgage. The property Involved Is the Florence Medical Clinic, 7623 Dixie Highway. OTHER parties to the suit, as defendants, include the Kentucky Federal Savings Loan Covington, which holds a first mortgage amounting to the Heating Covington, Northern Kentucky Asphalt Florence, and Anthony Woeste, Newport, alleged to be holders of mechanics' liens against the property. Also parties to the suit are Herbert R. Booth, M.

Hallam, 89, member of a pioneer Kenton County family, will be at St. Mary Cemetery, South Ft. Mitchell. She died Friday in Washington, D. where she had resided much of her life.

A native of Covington, she was daughter of Henry Hallam, one time Covington postmaster and brother of Theodore F. Hallam, who Is remembered as one of Kentucky's greatest wits and ablest lawyers. Her mother, Sarah Cam-bron Hallam, was a member of a family with four generations in Northern Kentucky. Miss Hallam was greatly Interested in the geneology of the Cambron and Hallam families and devoted considerable time to tracing them back to the pre-Revolutionary War era. Surviving are a brother, Charles Hallam and a nephew.
