m. Regina Muench Mrs. Regina Muench, 188 Winters Ln Cold Spring, died at her home yesterday. She was 74 years old. Surviving are six daughters, Miss Bernlce Muench, at home; Mrs.

Louetta Gabbard Mrs. Louetta Gabbard, mother of Thomas Gabbard, superintendent of the Silver Grove Schools, died yesterday at her home, 40 Parkview Newport. She was 75 years old. Besides Thomas, she Is survived by a second son, William A. Gabbard, Newport; three daughters, Mrs.

Pearl Collopy and Mrs. Goldle Embs, both of Newport, and Mrs. Martha Pugh, South Lyon, 13 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Newport. Services will be held at 11 a.

m. Monday at the Muehlenkamp Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow from 3 to 9 p. m.

Joseph Toner JoBeph (Joe) Toner, custodian of La Salette Academy, Covington, more than 40 years, was found dead yesterday in his apartment at the academy at 7th and Greenup Sts. He was 63 years old. There are no survivors. Mr. Toner was a native of Covington.

Requiem High Mass will be sung at 9 a. m. Monday in the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption. Burial will be In St. Mary Cemetery, Ft.

Mitchell. Friends may visit the Mlddendorf Funeral Home, 1 East 12th Covington, tomorrow between 2 and 9 p. m. Delia Hutchings MAYSVTLLE, April 13 (Special) Mrs. Delia Bacon Hutchings, 77, widow of Dr.

H. J. Hutchings, Maysville physician and former medical director of the Mason County Health Department, died today at Hayswood Hospital here, where she had been a patient since March 13. An only son, Charles, preceded her In death less than a month ago. Surviving are a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p. m. at the Porter and Clay Funeral Home In MaysviHe, with Rev. H. Glynn Burke, pastor of the First Christian Church of Maysville officiating.

Burial will follow in Maysville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p. m. tomorrow. Hanly Peddicord FALMOUTH, April 13 (Special) Hanley H.

Peddicord 51, Pendleton County, died today at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Covington, where he was admitted yesterday. He was a native of Bourbon County and resided In Morgan. Mr. Peddicord Is survived by his wife, Mrs.

Nina Peddicord; three daughters, Mrs. Jean Slide, New Albany, and Mrs. Wanda AU. Berling Aloysius J. (Al) Berlins, retired Covington city employee and an active figure In many Kenton County civic and political groups, died yesterday in St.

Elizabeth Hospital. Mr. Berllng lived at 1718 Bank-lick Covington. He was 89 years old and a veteran of World War I. He retired as an employee of the Covington Public.

Works Department eight years ago. He was recording secretary of the Kenton County Sunday Morning Club and was a member of the Kenton County Democratic Club, Covington Aerie of the Eagles, Pohlmann-Linnemann Post No. 1484 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Crusaders' Club of St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was also a member of the Holy Name Society- of St.

Augustine Church, Covington. Mr. Berllng is survived by his wife, Mrs. Henrietta Berllng; a daughter, Urban Goetz, Taylor Mill; three brothers, August and Theodore Berling, both of Covington and Fred Ber ling, Southgate; a sister, Mrs. Rose Anneken, Ludlow, and three grandchildren.

Requiem High Mass will be sung at 9 a. m. Tuesday in St. Augustine Church. Burial will be in Mother of God Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Mldden-dorf Funeral Home, 917 Main Covington, Monday from 3 to 9 p. m. The Holy Name Society will meet for prayers at 8:15 p. m. Monday.

Joseph Heller VANCEBURG, April 13 (Special) Joseph Warren Heller, 93, one of Lewis County's oldest citizens, died Thursday night at the residence of his son, Monroe Heller. He leaves 133 direct descendants. A native of Nichols County, he had made his home In the Burton ville community in Lewis County for the past 25 years. Besides his son at whose home he died, he leaves four daughters, Mrs. Walter Marshall of Aberdeen, Ohio; Mrs.

Joe Eubank of Mays-ville; Mrs. Matthew Colgan of New Jersey, and Mrs. Claudie Elliott of Taylors-port, another son, William Heller, of Manchester, Ohio; one brother, William Sherman Heller, of Mays Lick, 27 grandchildren; 75 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be Sunday at 2 p. 'm.

Stratman, of 108 E. 25th Covington, died yesterday at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was 62. She is survived by her husband, Frank; two daughters, Mrs.

Charles Hein-richs of Newport and Mrs. Frank Groneck of Covington; one son, David F. of South Ft. Mitchell; one sister, Mrs. Leslie Hudson of Covington, and nine grandchildren.

Mrs. Stratman was secretary and promoter of the Sacred Heart League and was a member of the Altar and Ladies Society of Mother of God Church, and Circle of Mercy of St. Elizabeth Hospital. Services will be held at 8:30 a. m.
