He has served as vice consul at the U.S. embassy in Santiago, Chile; as a political officer in Doha, Qatar; as the Rule of Law section chief at the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Baghdad, Iraq; and in his current assignment as the political and military affairs officer for Israel at state department headquarters in Washington. Caudill is a 1981 graduate of Williamsburg High School. He holds a bachelor of arts in history and a master of public administration from Northern Kentucky University, and a master of arts in political science and law degree from the University of Cincinnati. Caudill has been married to Michelle for 24 years.
