Donald was the son of the of the late Uval and Mary Attie Duvall Crosswaite, he was a retired factory worker for Natico, Florence, a former maintenance employee for EZ Stop, Williamstown, and a member of the Bethany Baptist Church. Donald was united in marriage on April 6, 1956 to Ella Wainscott. In addition to his wife Ella, he is survived by 2 daughters, Debbie Stewart of Groton, CT, and Susie Gordon of Williamstown; 1 son, Donnie Crosswaite of Cynthiana; 4 grandchildren, Adam Roland, Aaron Crosswaite, Brittany and Cassie Gordon; and 1 great grandson, Elijah Ross Roland. In addition to his parents Donald was preceded in death by 1 grandchild Ashley Crosswaite. Music was a life-long passion and she was active with the Clifton Music Club, the Sigma Alpha lota International Music Sorority and was an avid supporter of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Her other greatest passion was Chautauqua Institution where the family spent most of their summers enjoying symphonies, opera, theater, art, lectures, the lake and antique shopping. She was a life member of the Chautauqua Women's Club and a life member of the Chautauqua Literary Circle and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Elinor and her family lived on Raeburn Dr. for many years. After her husband's passing she moved into the Evergreen Retirement Community where she was a resident until her passing.
