Burial will follow in Alton City Cemetery. A daughter of the late Charles Fletcher Sparks and Mary Noble Sparks, Mrs. Cousley was born Dec. 25, 1886. Survivors include Mr.

and Mrs. Paul Sparks Cousley, Alton; their daughter Hope, who is Mrs. David Apple of Franklin Park, and Mrs. Cousley's five daughters, Mrs. Leslie (Mary Esther) Bates Tulsa, Mrs.

Finley Dunagan, Deming, N. Mrs. J. W. (Katherine) Lehr, St.

Joseph, Mrs. John (Jean) Cushman, Rose Valley, arid Mrs. R. V. (Ruth) Moore, Pearsall, Tex.

Also surviving are two brothers, David R. Sparks, Whitefield, N.H. and Richard D. Sparks, Prescott, a nephew, Richard and family of Alton, and niece, Mrs. Elizabeth Rose, and family, Alton; There are 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Henry McAdams, M. Ryrie Milnor, Thomas Butler, Bernard Pluth, Irving Dormann, and Dudley Giberson. Lattimore James E. Lattimore, 50, an employe of McDonnell Aircraft for 13 years, and steward of the plant machinist Local 837 for 10 years, died Sunday at 4:35 p.m. in St.

Joseph's Hospital. former Catherine Schretnpj whom he married Feb. 21,1953, in St. Louis; his father, who is a patient in Hilltop Nursing Home, Ferguson, two sons, Ronnie and Jimmy, Wood River; two step-sons, Jerry Lee and Johnny Schremp, Hartford; five sisters, Mrs. Minnie Turnquist, Mrs.

Ruth Tebbenhoff, Mrs. Bertha Amos, Mrs. Martha Woodland, St. Louis, and Miss Lorraine Lattimore, Overland, Mo. A brother, Joseph of Staunton, died a year ago.

Her father, Harry K. Waddell, preceded her in death. Gray Mr. Latlimore, who lived at 112 W. 1st Hartford, had been a patient in the hospital since Thursday.

He had lived in Wood River area 25 years and at Hartford 13 years. Mr Lattimore had been active in Boy Scout Work for a number of years and was assistant advisor of Explorer Post 44. He was a member and trustee of First Baptist Church, Hartford. A son of William Lattimore and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Lattimore, he was born April 29, 1915, at Horine, Mo.

Survivors are his widow, the JOHN JACOBY Mr. Jacoby, a retired cabinet maker, had been employed by the H. L. Winters Planing Mill, for a number of years and during his later years had worked in the maintenance departments of Olin Industries and Western Military Academy. He retired from the latter place in 1958.

A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Anton Jacoby he was born March 27, 1891. JERSEYVILLE Robert Lee Gray, 54, an employe of Marquette Park, died at 11:35 p.m. Sunday in Jersey Community Hospital where he had been a patient three days.

A son of Harry L. Gray and the late Charlotte McKinney Gray, he was born Sept. 10, 1910, at Fieldon. Surviving in addition to his father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs.

Harry L. Gray, Jerseyville, are his widow, Mrs. Ramona Gray; two sons, Michael, U.S. Army, Viet Nam, and David Terrance, Jerseyville; three daughters, Mrs. Lindel Pyatt, East Alton; Miss Amanda Sue Gray, Ohio, and Debra Lynn, Jerseyville; two sisters, Mrs.

He had been in ill health since 1961, and a patient in the hospital since Tuesday.

A former partner in the Bowman Pranger Men's Clothing store, Mr. Pranger had been in business in Carrollton for 42 years when he retired in 1981. He was born In Carrollton, Sept. 12, 1896, at son of the late Mr. and Mrs.

John M. Pranger. Mr. Pranger was a charter member of Carrollton 'Post 114, Oak Grove Cemetery. The body is at Jacoby Bros.

Funeral Home where friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday. Westermeier CARLINVILLE Mrs. Elizabeth Westermeier, 81, a former partner with her -husband, the late Edward Westermeier, in operating the Westermeier Confectionery in Carlinville, died at 11:30 a.m. Sunday in Carlinville Area Hospital.

Mrs. Westermeier was a member of First Presbyterian Church and had been prominent in social and civic activities in Carlinville for many years. A son, Edward of Whittier, survives. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Heinz Funeral Home with the Rev.

Wendall Stanford of Federated Church officiating. Friends may visit the funeral home Tuesday afternoon and until time of the funeral. EDWARDSVILLE Frank H. Rinkel, 84, a resident of Fruit Station, Rte. 3, for 40 years, died at 4:05 p.m.

Sunday at the Helvetia Nursing Home, Highland, where he had been a patient since 1964. A farmer most of his life, he had, in youth, been associated with the William C. Kriege Hardware of Edwardsville. Born Sept. 14, 1880, in Hartiel Township, near Carpenter, a son of the late Theobald and Eva Katherine Smith Rinkel, he was married April 17, 1904, to Miss Charlotte (Lottie) Take, who died in 1955.

Raymond F. Long, 70, of Pearl, father of Frank Long and Mrs. Harold Camerer, Alton, and Mrs. Sylvia Barnes, East Alton, died Sunday in St. Anthony's Hospital after a long illness.

He had been ill for five months. A resident of Alton for 25 years, Mr. Robinson came here from Jackson, where he was born March 6,1914. His parents were the late Mr. and Mrs.

Milton Robinson. He was married in 1846 in Alton to the former Mabel Bowman, who survives. He also leaves two daughters, Mrs. JoEllen Adams, San Francisco, and Mrs. Margaret D.
