--Champion Saturday, June 5, 2004 Chino Valley PEOPLE Jonathan Grein Jonathan David Grein received his medical degree Friday at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Regents Scholar and was inducted into the Honor Medical Society of Alpha Omega Alpha in 2003. He has served as a student representative to the Medical Alumni Association Board of Directors for the past four years. Dr. Grein, the son of George and Susan Grein of Chino is a 1995 graduate of Ayala High School and received a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of California Irvine in 1999.

He resides in Westwood and will begin a residency program in internal medical at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Chino resident James Oden received the Mayor's Home Beautiful Award for June. Mr. Oden was recognized for the continued improvement and maintenance of his home at 12344 Sycamore Ave. Rachel Giles Rachel Giles recently graduated magna cum laude from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in theater design and production with an emphasis on set design.

While attending CSUF, Miss Giles completed an internship with the art department at ABC Studios on the set of "General Hospital" and designed the sets for two main stage productions at the university.
