Stratton accompanied Mra. George Rosa of Ashland to Rogue River Friday afternoon. Thursday night the wind blew part of the cover off the bridge over Bear creek northwest of Ashland and Friday the road workers were taking down other portions of the covering that were ready to fall. This bridge la a landmark here and since the use of autoe, has been the cause of many minor aocldents. Numbers of Valley View residents will be glad the business session, games and a social time were enjoyed.
