Cotati Man Hurt by Auto in El Cerrito EL CERRITO. Nov. P. P'algren of Cotati, was injured last night when he was struck by a machine driven by Carl Carling of El Cerrito as he was crossing San Pablo avenue. Palgren was taken 10 an Albany hospital, where he was treated for severe laceratione about the head and painful cuts and bruises.

Palgren was apparently blinded by the rain and stepped in the path of the car, according to police. U.S. Warrant Drawn For Dredging Work RICHMOND, Nov. warrant for $12,500 was ordered drawn in favor of the United States diebursing officer of government engineers by the Richmond city council last night. The money will be used to dredge the turning basin in the Richmond outer harbor, the work to be done by the government.
