Primarily affected is the Occupational Health Field Headquarters at 1014 Broadway. Now called the Occupational Health Research and Training Facility, it houses two branches of the newly created Division of Occupational Health of the U.

S. Public Health Service. This division replaces the government's occupational health program. Branches housed at the Broadway location are the research and technical services and training. A third branch of the new division, State Services, has its division office in Washington, with Dr.

Harold J. Magnuson as chief. Dr. Douglas H. K.

Lee 1s chief of the Cincinnati organization and its research and technical services branch. His assistant in both capacities is Dr. Lewis J. Cralley. Appointment of a chief for the training branch has not been announced.

Reorganization is almed at placing greater emphasis on all types of environmental health hazards. The research branch will carry on an expanded program generally directed at developing better techniques, materials and equipment for use in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases. The training branch will focus on training of personnel in occupational medicine, nursing and industrial hygiene. State Aid Services will support and assist official agencies in development and operation of occupational health programs throughout the country. Wife Of Man, 75, Is 'Separated' From Savings Floyd Hughes, 75, 3947 Borden was granted a temporary restraining order yesterday by Common Please Judge Louis J.

Schneider, under which Minnie Hughes, also known as Minnie Fulks, his wife since June 11, is enjoined from withdrawing or spending money from her bank or building association accounts. Hughes' suit, in which he asked for alimoney for himself from Mrs. Hughes, alleged that in a period of six to eight weeks before they were married, Mrs. Hughes induced him to withdraw his life savings from a bank and place $5000 in a joint account in their names. On August 25, Hughes said, his wife ordered him to leave, and on September 3, she withdrew the $5000 from the joint account.

Hughes charged Mrs. Hughes with abandonment and asked for the alimony because he said he has no property and is unable to sustain himself. City Recreation To Move Office The City Recreation Commission will move its offices from 1100 Sycamore to 325 East Central Pky. October 15. City Council authorized lease of the new quarters yesterday.

The commission will enter a five-year renewable lease for 7000 square feet of space at $1225 quarterly. The new quarters are adjacent to the building in which Commission offices are now located. Herb Davis, recreation superintendent, said the move will save about $1100 a year without reducing the commission's space. The Valiant is virtually unchanged from its 1960 styling. The other two entries are the full-sized Plymouth and Dodge Dart. The Plymouth has eliminated the fins which marked its 1960 styling and has a classic appearance.

Headlights are placed in wedge-shaped chrome mouldings, giving the front end of the car an appearance similar to the rear of the 1958 Chevrolet.
