DEATHS AND FUNERALS Candle Maker Dies; J. T. Homan 63 Joseph T. Homan retired president of Homan Reading candle machinery manufacturers, died yesterday a long illness. He was 63 years old.

Mr. Homan became president in 1940 when his father died and was made chairman of the board of directors in 1955. A native Cincinnatian, residing at 148 Cleveland Milford, he was one of the early active members of the Men of Milford Jesuit Retreat League. An artilleryman in World Ware I. widow, his Mrs.

survivors Bertha include Baehr Homan; two brothers, Rudolf and. Dr. sisters, Richard Miss Catherine Homan, and Miss. Gertrude Homan, all of Cincinnati. Requiem High Mass will be sung at St.

J. Sullivan Co. funeral home, Walnut Hills, is in charge of arrangements. Miss Louise Pfaff Miss Louise Pfaff, former law secretary to the late Mortimer Matthews, a Cincinnati attorney, died yesterday in her home at 216 Wilmuth Wyoming. She was 82 years old.

Miss Pfaff, who wrote Wyoming social news for the Millcreek Valley News, is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mary Pfaff: the home address. Another sister, Miss Estelle Pfaff, died June 12. Miss Pfaff was a member of the Wyoming Presbyterian Church and the Wyoming Women's Club. Services will be at 11 a.

Stall, former partner in the Covington Heating died at his home, 2460 Wahl Westwood, yesterday after a two-year illness. He was 58 years old. Mr. Stall served in the Marines in World War I and in the Army Air Corps in World War II. He was a member of the Newport Elks.

Surviving are his widow, Peggy, Cavanaugh Stall; a son, Richard, Ft. Wright, a step-son, Harold Schrader, Eglin, a step-daughter, Irvin Wohlfram a brother, Frank, Mt. Lookout, and a sister, Mrs. Romelda Herbst, Westwood. Services will be at 2 p.

Alexander Westerkamp a retired grocer, died at his home, 5726 Warren Norwood, at 7:30 p. m. Friday of natural causes. He was 90. Mr.

Westerkamp was a charter member Sacred Heart Court 1151. Catholic Order of Forresters, and belonged to the Holy Name Society of St. Agnes Church. Surviving are his three children, Mrs. Joseph J.

Hudepohl, Alexander Westerkamp and Carl Westerkamp, and a brother, Adolph Westerkamp, all of Cincinnati. Mr. Westerkamp had been married for 54 years to Catherine Greiwe Westerkamp who died June 7. Requiem High Mass will take place at St. Agnes Church at 9:30 a.

He fled to West Germany in 1949. some time after the Communists seized control of Czechoslovakia. Katherine Rentz Requiem High Mass for Miss Katherine Rentz, who died Thursday morning a cerebral hemorrhage in St. Francis Hospital, will be held at a. m. Monday at St. William Church.
