Search was being continued yesterday for Mrs. Lena Bernhardt, 70, 2706 River who has been missing from her home since Thursday night. Mrs.

Bernhardt was last seen by relatives when she left the home of her daughter, Mrs. Viola Wehmeier, 2722 River at 7:30 p. m. Thursday after a visit there. The aged woman's grandson, Roy C.

Wehmeier, also of 2722 River office manager of the Monarch Finance Enquirer Building, said a neighbor reported seeing Mrs. Bernhardt walking west on River Road late Thursday night. Mrs. Bernhardt is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 165 pounds. She has gray hair.

At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a gray coat with black felt collar, black shoes and hat and a red and white striped dress. She was also wearing a diamond ring, wrist watch and a hearing aid. William Dodge Dies; William H. Dodge, President and Publisher of the Sacramento Union and a former Business Manager of the Cincinnati Post, died yesterday of a heart attack at his home in Beverly Hills, Calif. Mr.

Dodge, who was 68 years old, had been in the newspaper business in California for 20 years. Previously he had been a Scripps-Howard executive in the East as well as in Cincinnati He had been in ill health since he was injured an automobile accident last January. Formerly Executive Of Cincinnati Paper Long Illness Is Fatal To Mrs. Mae Welles Mrs. Mae Yates Welles of 3305 Burnet widow of Harry Edward Weil, former President of the Weil, Roth and Irving Cincinstock brokers, died at Jewish Hospital yesterday after an illness of several months.

Mrs. Welles, widely known in women's organizations of the city, was 67 years. old, She was a daugh-1 ter of John Thomas of Omaha, a noted author and one of the founders of Woodmen of the World Fraternal Life Insurance in Omaha. She is survived by a son, Harry Yates Welles, 2479 Madison two sisters, Miss Anne Yates, Omaha, and Sister Effie Yates, Portland, and two brothers, Frank Yates, Los Angeles, and Jack Yates, Dubuque, Iowa. Services are to be held Tuesday.

Final arrangements await the arrival of out-of-town relatives. Rites To Be Held Today For Mrs. Lora Lederer Services for Mrs. Lora Rauh Lederer, member of the Cincinnati Education for staff, more than 30 years, will be held at 4 p. m.

today at the Weil funeral home and burial will be in United Jewish Cemetery, Walnut Hills. Mrs. Lederer, who was 70, died yesterday at her home, 756 E. Mitchell where she resided with her son, Lewis M. Lederer.

She also leaves a daughter, Mrs. Michael Plaut, Hartford, two brothers, Bernard and Fred Rauh, both of New York, and four grandchildren. Her husband, Mitchell Lederer, died in 1942. Born in Germany, Mrs. Lederer came here when she was 14 vears old.

She was graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. A staff psychologist for the Board of Education for many years, Mrs. Lederer conducted a German kindergarten here number of years ago. She was a leader of Pi Omicron, businesswomen's sorority, and had started a fund to provide eyeglasses for underprivileged school children. A group of her friends plan to continue this fund.
