the delinquency date on 1933 taxes unlti March 1 California granted a short moratorium on local property tax payments Washington gave its delinquents an extension and Idaho deferred interest and penalty chargos on the past three delinquencies Redemption Time Extended Kansas extended until January 1 1935 the time in which property owners may redeem land sold for taxes without payment of penalty interest or court costs West Virginia extended its redemption period one year Iowa postponed delinquent tax sales Montana end Utah reduced the penalty rate on detinquinet taxes Kentucky cut its rate in Louisville from 10 to 8 per cent Both Utah and Washington approved discounts on advance payment of taxes California provides for instalment payments Idaho reduced its ad valorem tax
