Carl Berger at their residence on Shawnee Run Road. The marriage of Miss Knauft to Mr. Allen is to take place on June 12. Mr. and Mrs.

Wallace S. Espy will be the host and hostess Saturday, at a buffet supper also, at their residence in Milford, in honor of Miss Platt and Mr. Rowe. The marriage of Miss Platt to Mr. Rowe is to take place at 4:30 o'clock in St.

Thomas Episcopal Church, Terrace Park. It will be followed by a small gathering the two families at the residence of Mrs. Chester Kroger. Jr. League Meeting Members of the Junior League of Cincinnati are being reminded that the organization's regular monthly meeting is scheduled for 10 o'clock tomorrow morning at Cincinnati Country Club, instead of the usual time of 10:30 o'clock.

At the meeting, there will be the election of the vice president, secretary, members of the board and the admissions committee. The hostesses will be members of the Junior League players. Bradford College Club Bradford Junior College Club of Cincinnati will hold its spring luncheon meeting at 2 o'clock tomorrow at the Cincinnati Country Club. James Taylor of London, Ohio. Candidate Meets Dare CARMI, April 2 (UP) -State Rep. Paul Zeigler really went all-out to aid the recent polio fund drive here. A local radio held an auction services, and someone called on, with a pledge for a donation-pro- vided Zeigler, a Democrat, one-minute speech on why voters should vote for Republicans. Zeigler made the speech, and the donation was made.

MRS. GUSTAVE MATTMAN and Mrs. Roy E. Rife will serve as registrars for the Town Club's symphony luncheon Friday. The scheduled for noon, will be the final of season in a series held at the club headquarters in the Hotel Sinton.

SCHROTH was chosen president of the Cincinnati Woman's Club at the organization's annual election, held yesterday at the clubhouse, on Oak Street. She succeeds Mrs. James DeForest Murch, and will assume office on June 4. Serving as first vice president will be Mrs. Robert A.

Lyon, while Mrs. Willard B. Fessenden will be second vice president. Six members were elected to three-year terms on the board of directors, from a slate of nine candidates. The new board members are Mrs.

Ray Glen DeVoist, Mrs. Douglas Fuller, Mrs. Robert W. Gwinner, Mrs. John W.

Hauser, Mrs. William F. Hummel and' Mrs. Gregory G. Wright.

Schroth has been an active member of the Woman's Club for many years, and previously served on the board. She has been chairman of the organization's lecture and entertainment committee, and leader of its Glee Club. During Mrs. Murch's twoyear term of office, a succession of interesting lecturers have been presented to the membership, and a new study circle was added, a travel circle, which was formed recently. Under Mrs.

Murch's leadership, many philanthropic projects were undertaken, including the appearance last month of Mr. Lowell Thomas a program which benefitted the Children's Dental Care Foundation. The club, as is its custom, gave many scholarships to girls at the College Conservatory, the University of Cincinnati, and in nurse's training. Gifts and financial assistance also were given to Longview Social Service, the Needlework Guild and the Craft Shop of The Handicapped.
