Iff) — Arkansas State Baptist Convention yestenv lay approved a'total budget or 1,195,366 but voted .to change the jercentage of funds for state and .outhwide use. , Messengeers delegates to the convention here voted to give. 47 per. cent 'of the proposed distribu- .able budget of $909,876 to Southern Baptist work and 53 per cent ;o 'state \yoik.
